How it works

We help you access approved medicines that are not approved or available in your country of residence.

What we do

We support you in finding and importing your medicine that is not yet available in your own country.

Is this legal?

Yes. In almost every country, there are special regulations that allow the import of a medicine if the particular medicine is not (yet) approved there. This is called “Named/Individual Patient Import for Personal Use” - read more about it here.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver globally and have supported patients from all over the world to access life-improving medicines. We work with a trusted circle of specialised local logistics partners to ensure the safe shipment and delivery of your medicines. Contact us to enquire about your specific country and medicine.

You make an enquiry

Use our search bar on the homepage or in the upper right corner to search for your medicine by name or by active ingredient. You can also browse medicines by disease area if you click on Medicines in the menu.

Once on the medicine page, click on “Submit an enquiry” to leave us your details. The more info you leave us the better we can help you. Our Patient Support Team will contact you shortly to support you with your request.

You can also submit a general enquiry on the Contact us page. Please mention the name of the medicine you need and where you’d like it delivered.

We personally support you in preparing the paperwork

Our Patient Support Team will contact you within 24 hours after submitting your enquiry to request the details and documents we need to send you a quote. The necessary documents vary depending on the destination country.

Do I need a prescription?

You always need a prescription from your treating doctor in English language. If you want to see what a valid prescription looks like you can find it here.

As part of our protocols we might reach out to your treating doctor for verification or information updates. By sending us your prescription you allow us to do so.

Our Patient Support Team will let you know what additional documents are needed for your particular request.

You receive a quote

How much does it cost?

The price shown on the medicine page is not the final price.

You will receive a detailed quote with the final price that includes:

  • The cost of the medicine as set by the manufacturer
  • Our Named Patient fee
  • The cost of shipping
  • Duties and taxes

Do you accept medical insurance?

Generally not, but we do provide you with an invoice after you make the payment that you may send to your medical insurance company so they can reimburse you. In some limited circumstances, we do accept insurance. Contact us for more details. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.

We send you an order confirmation and arrange delivery

Should you accept the quote we’ll send you an order confirmation with details for payment.

After you have paid the order, we will process your order. Our experienced sourcing and logistics team will source your medicine and arrange for the safe shipping of your medicine. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

Your medicine will be shipped to you by one of our partner couriers, such as DHL, UPS or other specialised cold chain couriers. You also have the option to choose a specific courier, you simply have to inform us when you place the order.
